The European Yoga School is a welcoming space for all people interested in exploring, practicing and deepening yoga. Our educational and virtual methodology is based on the principles of Integral Yoga, an authentic tradition adapted to individual needs and today's world. Integral Yoga seeks to promote health and total harmony in the physical, emotional and mental aspects of life.

Focused on the reality of each practitioner, our school does not impose pre-established standards or expectations. We value yoga as a personal practice, where each individual commits and grows according to their own goals and abilities.

The practice at the European School of Yoga is based on common sense, mindfulness and sensitivity. We focus on understanding, quality of execution, precision and deep awareness in each technique we teach.

Our program combines the essential teachings of Hatha Yoga (physical) and Raja Yoga (mental), covering various techniques such as body work, postures (asanas), proper breathing, pranayama, relaxation, attention, concentration and meditation.

Systematically, we explore meditation techniques such as Antar Mouna, Yoga Nidra, Ajapa Japa,treataka, Prana Vidya, Chidakasha Dharana, Nada Yoga and Naked Consciousness. These practices deepen the experience and understanding of self, guiding us toward greater inner connection and global harmony. Yoga and meditation classes

The European School of Yoga offers classic traditional Yoga practices, and Mindfulness-Meditation for all ages, bodies and abilities. In addition, yoga classes for health conditions and special populations are also offered, such as expert yoga for cancer, chair, prenatal, postnatal, flow, restorative and gentle classes for pregnant women and new moms, toddlers, teens , with special physical needs, seniors, veterans, incarcerated people and more.
